Valve released an update to Day of Defeat and Team Fortress 2 yesterday, addressing some seemingly small issues that are unrelated to Half Life 2. But, as it turns out, they've broken some of the NPC animation and the way levels are loaded in the update.
The video below shows some of the level glitches that I'm getting in the first level of the game. Note that the scripted cinematic physics on the bridge don't work, and there are missing bits of the level until you walk into where the level should be.
