I didn't know about the new installment of Valve's viral marketing campaign for Team Fortress 2 called "Meet The Spy" had been leaked onto the internet. I also didn't expect the TF2 team to react the way they did on their blog.
The blog post starting from "Getting to the bottom of things" seems to be when Robin Walker starts to apparently go insane with power and start firing everyone with his "firing stick". What an awesome way to add a little lightheartedness to the situation. Proceeding posts as Robin turns ever more insane: Getting warmer, Overheard: Robin Walker gets results, At the W's, and finally Case closed.
The video itself is much better than any of the other videos in the "Meet the ..." campaign. It's a beautifully produced piece of video, and subtlety highlights most of the Spy's features in an epic short story in the map "ctf_2fort".
Valve seem to have added a plant and drinks machine and some other stuff for the video version of the map (it seems to have been mostly shot near to the top right of that screenshot), but as per the other videos they have used an existing TF2 map for it, which I have to admire.
