Good old Paint!

What program do you generally use for quick image editing, like quickly compiling a screenshot? Paint of course!

Paint is much more handy that any other program becuase it loads immedietly, unlike Photoshop. Paint is simple to use too. I remember when I was younger, I created pictures on Paint. It was the one of the first image editing software I learnt to use. It was on a computer running Windows 95, and Paint still looks the same now.

I hope they wont change paint in the upcoming Windows Vista, but, as they havnt changed it so far, they may leave it as it is.

Paint's only flaw is that when saving files in JPEG format, you cant change the quality setting, so the image saves slightly distorted.
